Madeira’s Independence Day parade was a hit!

What a fun experience! Our Girl Scout troop had a blast at the Troop Adventure Camp sampler at Camp Stonybrook. They made a craft, hiked, played in the creek at the clay wall, swam, sang camp songs, made s’mores, created and performed a skit, played games, and some even stayed over night for even more fun. Sounds like they’re already making plans for us to do it again next year!

Toledo Zoo!

Another fun trip to Maumee Bay - this time with some family and some fishing!

The girls swam in water other than a swimming pool for the first time today at Stella and Ruby’s house, and they loved it! Gwen was unsure of the muddy bottom, but she did finally jump in with everyone else. Josie freaked out when the dogs or goats got too close, but didn’t blink an eye at swimming with frogs and turtles. Abby is part farm girl. She loved everything!
