During dinner tonight, Josie asks me, “Mom, do you have some milk in your nursies?”
No, Josie, no milk in my nursies.
“But there’s a baby here,” she replies and looks at baby Jack-Jack.
I know, but that’s not how it works. It has to be my own baby.
“Oh. Well, can you buy a baby for us?”
That’s not how we get babies, Josie.
“Yeah,” says Abby. “They come out your tush!”

The girls are huge fans of Ms. Amy’s storytime at the Covington Library. I think of it as an hour of free preschool. Just look at the cool things they get to do during activity time.
